Commercial Plaza Development On Railway Sites Tender Notice
Description
Leasing of twelve Pakistan Railways sites for development of commercial plazas under single stage two envelope bidding procedure based on annual rental benchmarks and one time non-refundable commitment fee - Sites located in Peshawar Division, Rawalpindi Division and Lahore Division including Kabul River Station areas, Nowshera, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Faisalabad Tangabad Road plots - Lease period shall be 21 years extendable for another 21 years with annual compound increase of 8% and mobilization period of two years from date of possession - Commitment fee and advance first year rent payable within fifteen days of issuance of Letter of Intent - Bidders including commercial property developers, real estate development companies, construction firms, consultants and authorized individuals must submit sealed bids with bid security in shape of CDR, Bank Draft or Demand Draft in favor of FA&CAO Pakistan Railways - Pre-bid conference scheduled and bids to be opened at 14:30 hours in presence of bidders - Pro Tip: Quote both annual rent and non-refundable commitment fee separately for each site to ensure responsive bid evaluation
