Installation of 4-KW hybrid off-grid solar energy systems for courts and allied offices at Multan Head Quarter Civil and Sessions Court, Judicial Complex Shujabad and Judicial Complex Jalalpur Pirwala including complete solarization works under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules - Tenders invited from PEC registered engineering companies, firms, joint ventures and contractors registered on EPADS with relevant PEC category C3 and above with code CE-01 - Earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favor of District and Sessions Judge Multan is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before bid opening - Technical bids shall be opened in presence of Tender Opening Committee and financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened later through EPADS notification - Lowest evaluated bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee valid for three months beyond completion period - Bidders must provide litigation affidavit, blacklisting declaration, active tax registrations and minimum ten years relevant experience - Pro Tip: Completely fill BOQs and rate analysis pages as incomplete financial bids shall be declared non-responsive
