Description
Provision of human resource support services, supply of stationery and miscellaneous items and printing of books, banners, certificates and other printing work for conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings for financial year 2026-27 - Technical and financial bids invited through EPADS from reputed firms, suppliers and companies registered with regulatory bodies and preferably SECP and ISO certified having sales and service centers at Rawalpindi and Islamabad - Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and hard copy bids shall not be entertained - Earnest money in shape of call deposit or bank draft in favor of Health Services Academy is mandatory as specified in tender documents - Procuring agency may increase or decrease quantities as per requirement and reserves right to reject all bids prior to acceptance - Pro Tip: Submit bids exclusively through EPADS with all required certifications and service center details
