Procurement of ESD vinyl tiles, floor mats, ESD mats for work benches and rubber mats for heavy duty racks for NRTC Haripur through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure - Bidders invited from reputable firms, distributors and suppliers with delivery on FOR basis to NRTC Haripur - Scanned copies of bids and bid security required to be uploaded on EPADS along with physical submission of sealed bidding documents and original bid security - Bid security amounting to Rs.100000 in shape of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur is mandatory - Prices inclusive and exclusive of taxes must be mentioned separately and suppliers must be active taxpayers otherwise bids shall be cancelled - Warranty shall be standard with bid validity of 90 days - Pro Tip: Upload scanned bid security on EPADS and submit original security with technical bid before closing time
