Hiring of service provider for provision of call center services by Punjab Life Insurance Company under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules - Procurement initially for two years extendable for one additional year on same terms and pricing - Estimated cost Rs.60000000 with bid security of Rs.1200000 mandatory through EPADS and hard copy submission to procurement department before deadline - Vendors must possess minimum five years relevant experience and registration with Income Tax Sales Tax and relevant regulatory authorities - Bid validity period is 120 days and conditional bids shall be rejected - Pro Tip: Submit both scanned and physical bid security well before closing time to avoid rejection
