Provision of portable water services for industrial facility through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure invited from national constructors and firms registered with FBR and SRB - Bid documents available against non refundable fee of Rs.6000 through pay order and bid security of Rs.100000 mandatory in favor of procuring entity valid for 28 days beyond bid validity - Technical bids will be opened first while financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later - Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 33 - Pro Tip: Arrange original bid security and collect bidding documents during office hours before submission deadline
