Supply Installation And Operational Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of multiple goods works and operational services including supply of 2kg CO2 fire extinguishers for retail outlets provision installation testing and commissioning of fire hydrant and foam systems supply of high density polyethylene blow grade operational services for company operated outlet sites construction of zoom signs supply of submersible pumps supply installation and maintenance of dispensing units and procurement of imported LPG for specified periods. Sealed electronic bids are invited through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with relevant experience and financial capability. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope and Single Stage One Envelope procedures depending upon tender category. Certain tenders require valid PEC C-5 certification in relevant specialization. Bid documents shall be collected and submitted through SAP Ariba only within prescribed dates and timings. Commercial bid opening for technically qualified bidders shall be communicated later where applicable. Interested suppliers must upload signed and stamped request letters on official letterhead for collection of tender documents. Procuring agency reserves the right to issue updates through PSO and PPRA websites.
