Feasibility Study For Climate Change Authority Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of consultancy services for feasibility study for establishment of Climate Change Cell and Authority Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from well reputed firms experienced in similar assignments under Single Stage Two Envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested firms and consultants having valid PEC and KPRA registration where applicable and active taxpayer status are invited to participate through EPADS. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS and proposals shall be publicly opened on the specified date and time. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the office of Director General Environmental Protection Agency Peshawar Cantt. All federal and provincial duties stamp duty taxes and KPRA taxes shall be applicable as per government directives. Incomplete conditional manipulated or overwritten proposals shall be rejected. Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and reasons for rejection shall be communicated upon request.
