Procurement Of Air Conditioning Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of air conditioning equipment including 1.5 ton inverter air conditioners and 2 ton floor mounted air conditioners for newly constructed courts of Additional District and Sessions Judges at Sialkot under PPRA E-Tendering system. Procurement is invited from well reputed firms contractors companies consultants and organizations registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and PRA. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules. Bidders are required to submit complete signed and stamped bids inclusive of all taxes and duties with validity period of 120 days. Bid security at prescribed rates in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of District and Sessions Judge Sialkot is mandatory and successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee for one year. Affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and active tax registration certificates are mandatory. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPAD and opened in Committee Room Sessions Court Sialkot in presence of bidders.
