Hybrid Solar System For Courts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement installation testing and commissioning of 04-KW hybrid solar off-grid systems for courts and allied offices at Sessions and Civil Courts Okara Depalpur and Renala Khurd under Access to Justice Development Fund scheme. District and Sessions Judge Okara invites e-bids through e-PADS from companies firms and individuals registered with PPRA Punjab and licensed with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C4 and above with relevant codes EE03 EE04 and EE11. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure according to PPRA Rules 2014. Total quantity includes 45 units with estimated project cost of PKR 42750000 and bid security amounting to PKR 855000. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS with scanned bid security while original bid security must be submitted physically before deadline. Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee. Procuring agency reserves rights under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Solar EPC contractors with valid PEC registration should ensure both online and physical submission of bid security and complete technical documentation.
