Hospital Management Information System Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, installation, configuration and maintenance of Hospital Management Information System including remaining items, servers and associated components for 32 District Headquarters Hospitals under the project Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals Across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for financial year 2026-27 through a framework contract. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure and is open to manufacturers, importers and authorized dealers. The procurement includes supply, installation, configuration, integration, maintenance and support services for hospital management information systems and related infrastructure. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 03.06.2026. Mandatory bid security of PKR 300000 in the name of the Project Director is required. Original bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
