Electrical Distribution Infrastructure Materials Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of electrical distribution infrastructure materials and transportation services for replacement of three leg HT, LT and transformer poles with conductor and construction of 11 KV feeder with Dog conductor from 132 KV Grid Station to Dheri Wattan under normal, deposit and development schemes for financial year 2025-26. Procurement includes HT and LT poles of various sizes, Dog and Rabbit conductors, hardware items including stay sets and earth rods, and carriage services with loading, unloading and transportation from central store to divisional store and project sites through Hyundai, Mazda and truck loads. Bidding shall be conducted through open competition single stage one envelope procedure. Contractors and firms registered with AJK PWD or Electricity Department in relevant categories are eligible. Bid security of PKR 300000 in the form of CDR is mandatory. Tender form fee is PKR 2000 non-refundable. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
