Procurement And Installation Of Solar System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of solar system under national competitive bidding procedure. E-bids are invited from active taxpayers registered with income tax, sales tax authorities and relevant registration bodies. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted. Estimated procurement amount is PKR 5,800,000 with bid security of PKR 290,000 in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft. Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS. Original bid security must be physically submitted before the closing date. Item-wise rates shall not be accepted and only accumulative rates for the complete tender are permissible. Detailed terms, procurement procedures, bid validity and submission requirements are provided in the bidding documents. Pro Tip: Submit bid security and complete solar system specifications before electronic bid submission to avoid disqualification.
