Hiring Of Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services from experienced firms registered with relevant authorities and active taxpayer status for income tax and sales tax purposes. Procurement shall be processed through EPADS using single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 6,500,000 with bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 325,000 in the form of CDR, bank draft or pay order. Tender validity is 150 days from the closing date. Contract period shall be one year and may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent. Quoted rates shall include all applicable taxes. Participating firms shall remain responsible for contribution payments of janitorial staff as per government policies.
