Solarization Of Court Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Installation of off-grid hybrid solar systems of 04 KW each for court facilities including 27 systems at district headquarters Jhang, 4 systems at Ahmad Pur Sial and 6 systems at Shorkot. E-bids are invited from experienced and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Combined estimated procurement value is PKR 37,?01,000 with bid security equal to 5% of respective estimated costs. Bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee or pay order must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid for 60 days. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value. Pro Tip: Submit complete solar installation experience records, tax registrations and bid security documentation with the proposal.
