Remodelling And Upgradation Of Public Parks Tender Notice
Description
Construction and improvement works comprising remodelling and upgradation of public parks including a ladies park and two park development projects. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Works include remodelling and upgradation of a ladies park with estimated cost of PKR 44,117,244, remodelling and upgradation of a public park group I with estimated cost of PKR 44,117,567 and remodelling and upgradation of a public park group II with estimated cost of PKR 44,117,128. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required for each work. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial proposals. Pro Tip: Provide valid PEC registration, tax documents and original bid security before the submission deadline.
