Procurement Of Consumable Information Technology Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consumable information technology items comprising color toner sets for OKI Pro 9431 printers. Quantity required is four sets with an estimated cost of PKR 2,000,000 and bid security of PKR 100,000. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments and maintain active taxpayer status. Technical and financial proposals are required. Bids must be submitted through EPADS only and accompanied by original bid security in the form of CDR, bank draft or pay order. Bid validity is 90 days.
