Construction Of Indoor Shooting Range Facility Tender Notice
Description
Construction of RCC slab roofing for conversion of an existing open courtyard into an indoor shooting range facility including associated civil construction works. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with EPADS, Pakistan Engineering Council, KPRA, FBR and relevant enlistment authorities. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied by mandatory technical documentation including registrations, affidavits and experience records. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit and must be submitted along with prescribed tender fee and supporting documents. Additional bid security may apply where required. Conditional, incomplete or unreadable bids shall be treated as non-responsive.
