Procurement of vacuum interrupters for incoming and outgoing panels, press machines, chargeable torches, lineman tool bags, chain pulley blocks, ratchet lever hoists, conductor pulling grips, safety cones, vehicle search lights, mobile emergency lighting units, chargeable head lamps, disconnecting sticks, clip on volt meters, line measuring tapes, HT insulated tape, box spanner sets, distance relay test sets, Hi-Pot DC test sets, transformer turn ratio test sets, battery cells, battery banks with stands, 132 kV steel tubular poles, 132 kV circuit breakers, finger contacts for incoming and outgoing panels, repair sleeves, midspan joints, suspension fittings, suspension clamps, tension fittings, clamps, connectors, CT/PT hardware, under frequency relays, distance relays, earth fault relays, differential relays, auxiliary tripping relays, DC suspension relays, nuts for steel poles, mild steel nut bolts, silica gel, SF-6 gas cylinders, off size braces and LT current transformers. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Only electronic bids are acceptable. Bid security in favor of the Chief Executive Officer is mandatory and original bid security must be delivered before bid closing time while a scanned copy must be uploaded with the e-bid. Bid validity shall be 60 days and bid security validity shall remain valid for 30 days beyond bid validity. Conditional, partial or incomplete bids and bids without original bid security shall be rejected.
