Description
Procurement of hospital linen for healthcare facilities. E-bids are invited from vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost and bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Estimated cost is PKR 23,983,783. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order as prescribed. Original bid security must be submitted before the closing date and time. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from bid opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-03 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date. In case of official holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the closing date.
