Hospital Linen Procurement For Healthcare Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of hospital linen for healthcare facilities through electronic bidding. Vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities are invited to participate. Bidding documents are available free of cost and procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order is required and original bid security must be submitted before bid closing. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 2026-06-03 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids shall be submitted through e-PADS and opened on the same day. Procurement activities shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
