Repair Of Residential Buildings And Related Works Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for repair of residential buildings and related works for the financial year 2025-26 through open competitive bidding. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Single stage one envelope procedure shall be adopted. Bidders must submit a single package containing technical and financial bids online. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order before the submission deadline. Technical samples, brochures and supporting documents shall be evaluated. Eligibility requirements include minimum two years relevant experience, registration with relevant authorities, active taxpayer status, PRA registration, FBR registration, PEC registration, company profile, bank statement showing minimum turnover of Rs. 10 million, firm address details, reputation record, authority letter where applicable and affidavit confirming authenticity of documents and non-blacklisting status. Financial bids shall be evaluated on cumulative cost basis. Performance guarantee shall be required upon award of contract.
