Description
Procurement of interior decoration items including digital clocks, panaflex materials and roller blinds. Bidding shall be conducted through E-PADS under single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered for income tax and sales tax may participate. Bids shall be evaluated item wise on lowest cost basis. Bid security of Rs. 94,119 in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft is required and the original instrument must be submitted before bid opening. Rates shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes, transportation and installation charges. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount shall be required from the successful bidder.
