Procurement Of It And Audio Visual Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT and audio visual equipment for auditorium facilities including display systems with LED and large format displays, audio visual and conference sound reinforcement systems, projection systems, IT networking and surveillance systems, network switches and online UPS units on turnkey basis. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders include sole manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered with sales tax and income tax authorities. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount is required in the form of bank guarantee or CDR. Technical and financial proposals shall be evaluated in accordance with PPRA Rules.
