Procurement Of Interior Decoration Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of interior decoration items including digital clocks, plantation items, curtains, blinds, panaflex materials, name plates and sign boards for institutional facilities. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered for income tax and sales tax may participate. Bids shall be evaluated item-wise on lowest cost basis. Bid security is required in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft and original bid security must be submitted before bid opening. Transportation, installation and all applicable taxes shall be included in quoted rates. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount within seven days of award.
