Procurement Of Security Equipment And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement and supply of security equipment and miscellaneous items required during official operations for the financial year 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 through e-procurement procedures. Bidders are required to provide approved samples and specifications where applicable and supply all approved items at their own cost. Participation requires submission of bid security in the form of CDR and performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount from the successful bidder. Incomplete bids, bids without required security instruments or bids not conforming to specifications shall be rejected. The framework contract shall remain valid up to 2026-06-30. All applicable taxes shall be included in quoted rates. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Legal action may be taken in case of non-compliance, deviation or contractual breach.
