Road Construction And Rehabilitation Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction, rehabilitation and allied road works at Tarnab Kili Dheri Peshawar including all related civil works and associated infrastructure as detailed in the bidding documents. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Contractors must submit technical and financial bids electronically and provide financial proposals through courier service. Technical bids will be opened on the prescribed date while financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid security in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Online clarification facility is available before submission deadline. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days.
