Description
Procurement of stationery, printing and publication materials, other stores, computer stationery, miscellaneous goods and hiring of third party daily wage staff services under framework contracts for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids are required. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost for each package is mandatory. Bidders must provide tax registrations, professional tax certificate, company profile, financial soundness documentation and affidavit regarding non-blacklisting. Successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value.
