Outsourcing Of Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for a three-year period from 2025-26 to 2027-28. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure. Eligible service providers must be registered with FBR and PRA. Bid security of Rs.350000 is mandatory in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft, while public sector firms may submit bid security declaration where applicable. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-09 at 13:00 hours at NHMP Training College Sheikhupura. Technical evaluation shall be conducted prior to financial evaluation using least cost based method.
