Prequalification Of External Audit Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of audit firms for provision of External Audit Services for a period of three years subject to annual performance evaluation and approval. Estimated assignment cost is PKR 25 million. Interested firms must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), possess active taxpayer status with FBR and PRA, have a minimum of ten years of professional practice, hold a satisfactory ICAP Quality Control Review (QCR) rating, possess an A category rating from the State Bank of Pakistan, and fulfil all requirements specified in the EOI documents. Detailed documents include instructions to applicants and evaluation criteria. EOIs must be prepared in English language and submitted through EPADS only. Applications containing false, forged, misleading information or late submissions shall be rejected. Opening of EOIs will be conducted at 1530 hours on the same day as submission. Only prequalified firms shall be eligible to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal process.
