Renovation Of Office Building Works Tender Notice
Description
Renovation of office building for Water and Sanitation Agency Rahim Yar Khan. Tenders are invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and EPADS. Estimated project cost is PKR 5.365 million and earnest money is PKR 0.268 million equal to 5% of estimated cost. Bidders are required to upload bids in PDF format through EPADS and submit original CDR before bid opening. Procurement shall follow PPRA Rules and item-rate based bidding. Completion period is three months. Additional performance security shall be required where bids are 5% or more below estimated cost. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should submit original CDR before the submission deadline and quote rates against every DNIT item.
