Procurement Of Inverter Air Conditioners Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of inverter air conditioners and related equipment from well reputed, financially sound and technically capable firms, suppliers and manufacturers registered with income tax and sales tax departments. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 5,000,000 and bid security is PKR 100,000. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically and accompanied by prescribed bid security. Original bid security must be submitted before closing time and bids will be opened at 04:00 PM through EPADS. Samples may be required by the technical committee. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers should include all applicable taxes in quoted prices and ensure timely submission of original bid security.
