Flood Protection And Irrigation Channel Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction of flood protection works, flow management works and irrigation channel infrastructure including works along Chitral River and tributaries from Singoor to Broze, from Broze Bridge to Arandu, along Mastuj River and tributaries from Green Lasht to Junali Kuch area and along Torkhow and Mulkoh Rivers and tributaries. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in the required category and specialization codes, active KPRA registration and active NTN status with FBR. Bids shall include BOQ, rate quotations, CNIC, PEC license, enlistment documents, bid security and rate analysis where applicable. Original CDR bid security and additional security must be submitted before closing time. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 11-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days.
