Procurement Of Court Goods Works And Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, supply and installation of information technology equipment, hardware items, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures and stationery items for District and Sessions Court. Procurement shall be conducted through KPPRA E-PADS using applicable single stage procurement procedures. Eligible firms must possess active taxpayer status, valid registrations, relevant experience and must not be blacklisted. Bids shall be submitted in separate technical and financial envelopes with bid security equal to 2 percent of bid cost in the form of call deposit receipt or bank guarantee. Samples shall be provided where applicable for evaluation. Successful bidders shall complete supply and installation within 15 days of issuance of work order.
