Road Drain And Culvert Infrastructure Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and improvement of asphalt roads, PCC streets, drains and culverts in Dag, Abdara, Babau Ghari, Pawaka, Shaheen Town, Damangi, Palosi, Tehkal Payan, Regi and Tehkal Bala Peshawar under Sustainable Development Initiative. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration, Local Council Board enlistment, active NTN and KPRA registration. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted in original form and financial bids electronically before the deadline. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost is mandatory with additional security requirements for bids below engineer estimates. Technical evaluation shall include experience, personnel, equipment, financial status and litigation history.
