Promotional Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of promotional items through National Competitive Bidding under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms and service providers with active FBR and KPRA registration may participate through EPADS. Submission of product samples on bid opening day is mandatory. Only bidders whose samples are approved will qualify for further financial evaluation. Bid security equal to 2 percent of quoted amount is required. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Arrange approved quality samples before bid opening because non submission of samples results in automatic disqualification.
