Procurement Of Court Equipment Furniture And Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement supply and installation of IT Equipment - Hardware - Plant and Machinery - Furniture and Fixture - Stationery for District and Sessions Court. Procurement shall be carried out under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure or Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Eligible firms must possess relevant tax registrations, active taxpayer status, valid business registration, relevant experience and must not be blacklisted. Bid security of 2% of bid cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee is required. Samples of applicable items must be provided for examination by the procurement committee. Successful bidders shall supply and install the items within 15 days of issuance of supply order. Bids received late shall not be entertained. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted as prescribed in the bidding documents and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
