Consultancy Services For Border Health Infrastructure Projects Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of consulting firm for consultancy services including planning - architectural design - engineering design - cost estimation - construction supervision - quality assurance - contract management of civil works under the project Strengthening of Points of Entry and Border Health Services Pakistan. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Technical and Financial Proposals are required. Detailed terms of reference, eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria and proposal requirements are provided in the RFP documents. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted through EPADS as well as in hard form. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day while financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened subsequently. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject proposals in accordance with procurement rules.
