Procurement Of Electro Medical Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Electro Medical Equipment for Pathology Department - Orthopedic Department - Neurology Department - Vascular Department and Thoracic Department. Sealed technical and financial proposals are invited separately from manufacturers and government registered companies and firms on supply basis. Tender documents and detailed specifications may be obtained upon payment of Rs. 2000. Samples of all offered items must be submitted to the procuring agency and failure to provide samples shall result in disqualification of the technical proposal. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate envelopes. Financial bids will also be opened on the same day. Bid Security of 5% of the total quoted amount in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft or Pay Order is required. Successful bidders shall provide Performance Bank Guarantee of 5% to 10% before issuance of supply order. Warranty for all supplied equipment is mandatory. Payment shall be made after supply and installation of equipment. Required documents include Chamber of Commerce Registration, Active Tax Payer Certificate, NTN Certificate, Authority Letter of Authorized Representative, Affidavit regarding financial status and certificate confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government or non-government organization. Security clearance of successful bidders shall be mandatory. A maintenance contract for electro medical equipment shall also be executed with the successful contractor. Procurement process shall be carried out under PPRA rules. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM.
