Purchase Of Building For Educational Campus Tender Notice
Description
Expression of Interest for outright purchase of a building for establishment of an educational campus in Faisalabad. The property should preferably cover one kanal or above area with clear title deed, relevant NOCs, commercial suitability, access to public transport, water, gas, electricity, adequate parking and related amenities. Interested building owners who are active taxpayers may submit proposals under Clause 36(a) of PPRA Rules. EOI document fee of Rs. 25000 is applicable. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16-06-2026 at 1600 hours through a virtual platform. Proposals shall be submitted in one envelope and opened in the presence of interested parties and authorized representatives. Evaluation shall be conducted according to prescribed TORs and procurement requirements.
