Procurement Of Surveillance Equipment And Transportation Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and hiring of services for surveillance equipment - CCTV cameras - walkthrough gates and transportation services for Muharram ul Haram, Chehlam Imam Hussain, Eid Milad un Nabi, Christmas and other events during financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms and sole proprietors must be registered with tax authorities and submit bids electronically through EPADS. Bid security of 2% of estimated procurement cost is required in favour of Deputy Commissioner Khanewal and original hard copy must be submitted before bid closing time. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of contract amount before issuance of supply order. Rates shall be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes.
