Procurement Of Armored Personnel Carrier Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of APCS vehicles. Sealed bids are invited for supply of new vehicles. Detailed specifications, technical requirements and bidding conditions are provided in the tender documents available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Each vehicle category bid must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope clearly indicating the vehicle type. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives and financial proposals of only technically responsive bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. Bid security ranging from 2% to 5% of the total bid value in the form of Banker Cheque, Call Deposit or Demand Draft in favour of Inspector General Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North is mandatory. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of sales tax and all applicable government taxes and shall remain valid up to 30-06-2026. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
