Construction And Rerouting Of Gas Pipeline Tender Notice
Description
Construction and rerouting of 12 inch diameter pipeline approximately 17 kilometers in length for a pipeline project on complete package basis. Work includes pipeline construction and rerouting activities as per criteria TOR and BOQ. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure requiring technical and financial proposals. Valid PEC Category C-2 or above with CE-08 and CE-10 specialization is mandatory. Valid ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001/45001 and ISO 14001 certifications or equivalent are required. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-10 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must participate through EPADS, upload signed and stamped documents, submit required certificates and deposit physical bid bond before bid submission time. Bid security of Rs. 2,750,000 is required. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM. Bid validity is 120 days.
