Purchase Of Laptops Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laptops through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and contractors registered with relevant authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA may participate. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS along with a copy delivered to the procuring office. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is required. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure submission of both electronic and required physical documents before the deadline.
