Description
Procurement of IT equipment and furniture and fixture items for institutional development with an estimated cost of approximately Rs. 8.850 million. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on EPADS. Firms registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and EPADS are eligible. Bid security equal to 5% of total estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit from a scheduled bank is mandatory and original deposit instrument must be presented during the tender meeting. Technical offers shall be opened first and only technically responsive firms shall proceed to financial evaluation. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of total store value before supply.
