Warehousing And Logistics Operations Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of comprehensive warehousing and logistics operations services for storage, safety and distribution of pharmaceutical supplies, medical devices and hospital inventory. Required facility must be located in Lahore, segregated from other client goods, compliant with Drug Act 1976 and DRAP Act 2012 and maintain year-round temperature control of 25°C ± 5°C. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under EPADS. Bid security equal to 1% of estimated cost is required with original submission before opening. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 08-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
