Educational Equipment And Special Needs Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of educational equipment and institutional assets including - IT equipment comprising laptops, desktop systems with LCD screens, keyboards, mouse devices, laser printers and scanners - Braille frames, math slates, Braille boards, stylus, Braille paper, wheelchairs, exercise cycles, crutches, walking bars, CP chairs, exercise equipment, alphabet learning blocks and educational models - Plant and machinery including photocopiers, electric water coolers, air conditioners, electric grass cutter machines, electric ovens, water dispensers, room coolers, hearing aids and Perkins machines - Furniture and fixtures including computer tables, revolving chairs, office furniture, student desks, benches, file racks and soft boards - Musical and learning assets including harmonium, tabla set, violin and duffle. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required. Technically responsive bids shall proceed to financial evaluation.
