Information Technology Equipment And Furniture Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of information technology equipment, other institutional stores and furniture and fixture items for educational administration requirements. Technical and financial bids are required through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Firms registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and EPADS are eligible. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit is mandatory and original instrument must be submitted during the tender meeting. Technical proposals shall be opened first and only technically successful firms shall proceed to financial evaluation. Successful bidder shall furnish a 10% performance guarantee before supply.
