Procurement Of Surveillance And Transportation Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and hiring of services for surveillance equipment, CCTV cameras, walkthrough gates and transportation arrangements for Muharram ul Haram, Chehlam Imam Hussain, Eid Milad un Nabi, Christmas and other events during financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR. Original bid security must be submitted before the electronic submission deadline. Performance guarantee of 5 percent of contract value shall be required from the successful bidder. All rates shall be quoted inclusive of applicable taxes. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure all EPADS documents and original bid security are submitted before the closing time.
