Operation and maintenance services for lifts installed in a commercial office building. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS Version 2.0 using Single Stage One Envelope procedure and least cost based selection technique. Bidders must submit electronic bids and provide original bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of pay order before the submission deadline. Manual submissions shall not be accepted.
